

With 14 years of financial services industry experience, Eliza oversees the FA Insight management consulting offer to the financial services industry, working closely with shareholders of advisory firms and consulting directly with executives of financial services institutions. With a focus on supporting firms in achieving superior performance, Eliza leads FA Insight’s strategic planning and human capital offerings, including the establishment of strategic growth strategies, organizational design, compensation planning, performance management, and business succession. Eliza also brings expertise to clients in the area of strategic marketing, supporting firms in the acquisition of new clients.
Eliza comes to FA Insight from the Moss Adams Business Consulting Group, where she served as a senior consultant. She is often engaged as a keynote speaker at industry conferences on issues ranging from organizational design to marketing. Eliza has consulted to individual businesses within the RIA and independent broker-dealer markets as well as to broker-dealers and custodians at the institutional level, covering a broad range of business management issues.
Previously, Eliza worked in Perth and Melbourne, Australia, as a business consultant, team leader, and senior business review manager in practice management for MLC, the wealth management division of National Australia Bank Group. Prior experience includes service as a lecturer at the Securities Institute of Australia and as a planner for AXA.
Eliza was the recipient of a national marketing award from AXA, and she was awarded placement in National Australia Bank’s “Optimize Leadership Pipeline” program. She holds a diploma of financial planning from Deakin University in Melbourne, Australia, and a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Curtin University of Technology in Perth. She has the distinction of being First Graduate Student in Commerce at Curtin University and was awarded membership in the Golden Key International Honour Society for Academic Excellence.
