Noted as one of the industry’s sharpest analysts by Financial Planning magazine, Dan has assisted businesses through research and strategy development for more than two decades. Dan’s work at FA Insight typically relates to identifying emerging best practices in firm management, illuminating general industry trends, and providing new perspectives on the distribution of and demand for financial advice.

Eliza De Pardo
Principal and Director of Consulting
With 14 years of financial services industry experience, Eliza oversees the FA Insight management consulting offer to the financial services industry, working closely with shareholders of advisory firms and consulting directly with executives of financial services institutions. With a focus on supporting firms in achieving superior performance, Eliza leads FA Insight’s strategic planning and human capital offerings, including the establishment of strategic growth strategies, organizational design, compensation planning, performance management, and business succession.

Sarah Pelonio
Research Manager
As Research Manager for FA Insight, Sarah plays a key role in providing analytical support on FA Insight’s leading research initiatives. Sarah works on all phases of our research, from project management to survey design to review and analysis of results. She has seven years’ experience in the financial services industry, including a stint as senior research analyst with the Moss Adams Business Consulting Group as well as several Human Resources Department positions with Washington Mutual. Sarah holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from University of Washington, with a concentration in marketing.
Laura Crandall
Operations Manager
As FA Insight’s Operations Manager, Laura fosters relationships, supporting all our clients, whether they be new or established. She is the clients’ key point of contact at FA Insight and is always ready to answer any question. Laura also joined FA Insight from the Moss Adams Business Consulting Group. She is a graduate of Linfield College in McMinnville, Oregon with a bachelor’s degree in mass communication.
Stacy Atkinson
Client Services Associate
As the Client Services Associate, Stacy is the first point of contact for new and existing clients along with providing support to the Operations Manager with various functions within FA Insight. She has more than six years of human resources experience, administering talent management, executive development and organizational capability. Stacy joined FA Insight from Watermark Estate Management where she was executive assistant to the CFO of the organization. She attended college at Idaho State University.
